A Brand New Way to Give
Giving is Easy with PushPay!
Welcome to PushPay, our new platform for electronic giving. If you can, please help support St. Mary’s Parish and the many ministries and outreach programs we provide. Any free will gift is an immense help to the parish and most appreciated. Thank you for supporting us!
OR
Text to Give from Your Smartphone
Simply text these letters SMBP as your message to this number 77977. We've already had some non-techie parishioners say, "it was so easy!"
Mail to Give
As e-Giving is a platform for many, we understand that it is not for everyone. If you prefer to continue to use your envelopes, or make a cash or check contribution, we are grateful and ask that you leave them in the collection baskets at mass or do so by mail:
747 West Bay Avenue, P.O. Box 609, Barnegat, NJ 08005
We thank you for your continued support and generosity. If you have any questions, please call (609) 698-5531
BE CAUTIOUS OF PHISHING SCAMS!

WARNING: PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST SCAMS!
Be cautious of receiving email/text messages appearing like they are coming from any St. Mary's Staff member; it could be a SCAM! If a message appears suspicious or you have any questions, call the rectory (609) 698-5531
A couple of considerations:
First, the parish accepts free will donations ONLY either at a mass or the rectory. We will not reach out and make a request for donations, except in writing through the bulletin or Diocese Annual Appeal, which would come specifically via U.S. mail. No solicitations are made from the parish in the form of text, email or phone at all!
Second, this is a criminal technique known as "Phishing." A tell tale give away that these requests are of a fraudulent origin (Phishing) is that they contain significant grammatical errors and originate from an email address using gmail or yahoo. Any unknown sourced email that asks you to click a link should also be avoided always. Links can lead to malware. In a majority of these cases, the criminal element involved are non-english speaking and based overseas. Please use caution when receiving these suspicious communications. When in doubt always contact the rectory. See attached resource to help protect yourself against phishing:
Phishing: Don't Take the Bait!
Phishing: No muerda el anzuelo
Example of Fictitious Email:
1. Contains a fictitious email address
2. Usually dispalys bad grammar.
