This ministry supports and guides job seekers by providing assistance in the development of a job search plan to include preparing and/or updating a resume or cover letter, networking, identifying job search websites, preparing for an interview, providing information on local job market conditions and wages, and other related support. If you know of anyone in the parish or community who is looking for a job, please have them contact the JSSG. The JSSG is always looking for new volunteers with knowledge of the internet and/or a background in hiring, training, or personnel management skills. They may also occasionally know of job opportunities. They meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in St. Mary of the Pines.
