About Mrs. Maier
Joining the incredible Middle School faculty this year is Mrs. Veronica Maier. After a 25-year stellar career in the Toms River School District, Mrs. Maier will be teaching Middle School Literature and ELA at St. Mary Academy. She holds two New Jersey teacher certifications, Teacher of English and Teacher of the Handicap. Mrs. Maier earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English from New Jersey City University and a Master’s Degree in Theology from Georgian Court University. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Maier enjoys coaching girls volleyball and softball. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and grandchildren, sewing, embroidering, camping, reading, and traveling.
